Long Beach Water Department
Multilingual Community Engagement & Program Web Redesign
The Long Beach Water Department (LBWD) provides essential water and sewer services to nearly half a million residents across 50 square miles in Southern California. Serving a culturally diverse population—including large Spanish-speaking and Cambodian communities—LBWD relies on inclusive, accessible public communications to promote water conservation and inspire residents and local businesses to make water efficiency a permanent way of life.
The Impact
Working as part of a creative team at Circlepoint, I produce engaging, multi-channel social media graphics and digital communications tailored for Long Beach's diverse community. A key initiative was leading the redesign of the department’s LiveH2OLB program website liveh2olb.com, creating an accessible, user-friendly digital hub that simplifies water efficiency resources, incentive programs, and conservation guidance for residential and commercial customers.
