East Bay Clean Energy (EBCE) is a public Community Choice Aggregation agency established to source clean, renewable electricity for residents, businesses, and municipal accounts across Alameda County. Launched in 2018 as a not-for-profit public power provider, EBCE empowers local communities with competitive energy rates while advancing regional sustainability and carbon-reduction goals.

The Impact

Working as part of a lean creative team at Circlepoint, I collaborated on the foundational brand identity and launch for EBCE's public debut. I partnered on the end-to-end design, development, and ongoing technical maintenance for the agency's website, ensuring an accessible, trustworthy digital home for community members transitioning to clean power. Alongside web development, I produced multi-channel marketing pieces—including digital advertising graphics, promotional print collateral, and custom animations—to educate rate-payers and drive program adoption across Alameda County.
