Increasing customer engagement and education
San Jose Water is a regulated private utility, and is one of the largest and most technically sophisticated urban water systems in the United States, serving over 1 million people in the greater San Jose metropolitan area.
I was part of a small creative team that assisted with creating graphics for both social media, web, and print. The resiliency infographic I designed was a 2019 MarCom Gold Winner. I also help to make periodic updates to their website.
